Shipping Policy





1. Orders processing take up to 3 working days while International orders processing take within 7 working days, and shipped on business days only, Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (excluding national holidays in Malaysia)

2. Returned/Unclaimed parcel due to ANY REASONS, customer is required to pay the shipping & handling fees for re-send.

3. For any returned parcel is unclaimed for more than 15days, the items will be automatic to be dispose of. Any appeals/complaints will be ignored and no refund shall be applied.

4. Shipping fee is subjected to change in anytime without prior notice.

5. Strictly no refund for shipping & handling fees.



West Malaysia — RM7.00 for first KG

East Malaysia and Labuan — RM15 for first KG

Singapore — starting from RM25.00 for the first 1 kg and subsequent every 0.5kg add RM5.00



West Malaysia: 3 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.

East Malaysia: 5 – 12 working days for your order to arrive.

Singapore: 7 - 15 working days for your order to arrive.

Other Countries: 13 - 19 working days or longer for your order to arrive.


During peak/ festive season or sale periods, order processing may take longer lead time to heavy surges in online orders.

Courier service may set earlier cutoff date for deliveries prior to festive season, it is advised to place your order in advanced to avoid late deliveries.


Shipping Carriers:

1. We will use standard delivery courier for local/international delivery and customer is not allow to choose delivery company.

2. House number, street names Postcode, contact numbers, and email address must be correct and accurate.

3. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.


Delivery Tracking Number:

Tracking numbers are available and provided once shipped, via contact number or email. Once shipped, for any inquiries about the delay of shipment please contact the courier centre for further inquiries.


Tracking Your Parcel:

Tracking numbers may up to 24hours to be updated in the courier service system after receiving confirmation email upon successful order placed.


Receiver's Responsibility:

All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

If failed delivery due to receiver UNavailable, please contact the courier centre customer service within the specified time frame for the next delivery or pickup.


Self Pick Up:

Please confirm with your sales representative for self pickup availability before selecting the option during checkout.
